The Water Security Agency will be undertaking improvements to the south dam at Adams Lake, including repairs to the steel outlet pipe and outlet channel.

The work will support the safe restoration of the lake to its original water level and help maintain the integrity and safety of the dam.

Construction is expected to last about eight weeks and will be completed this fall.

Recreational activities at Adams Lake are not expected to be affected during the construction period.
