Surface Water Quality Data
Historical surface water quality data and information is now publicly available for 1970-2011 period, helping fulfill a commitment of the 25 Year Saskatchewan Water Security Plan.
This convenient searchable database of 24 primary water stations located across Saskatchewan allows users to search for variables such as ammonia, magnesium, nitrate, phosphorus and total dissolved solids by a user selected time period.
WSA monitors surface water quality of Primary Stations to assess the state of water quality in provincial rivers and whether there have been long-term changes to water quality.
The next phase of this project will look at publishing the remainder of primary data from 2012-current and developing an interactive map with links to primary data.
